Terms of Service
Plain English, short paragraphs, no traps. Read alongside the privacy policy.

1. Agreement
By using iSexercise you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. The subject matter is adult, even though the presentation is instructional and clinical throughout.
3. What iSexercise is, and is not
iSexercise is a fitness training product. PQ and SQ are fitness metrics. They are not diagnostic instruments, and nothing in the product is medical advice, a medical opinion or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
Talk to a clinician before starting any new training, particularly if you have a cardiac condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are recovering from surgery, or have pelvic pain. Stop and seek advice if anything hurts.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials and, where you use one, your encryption passphrase safe. Because your session data is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover it if you lose your passphrase — that is the cost of us being unable to read it.
5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclude tax.
- Cancel any time from the app. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, then the account drops to the free tier.
- Duo is one subscription with two seats. Either seat may leave without affecting the other's history.
- We do not pro-rate partial periods, but if something has gone wrong, write to us and we will make it right.
6. Acceptable use
- Circles are for training accountability. Do not post sexually explicit material, identify another member, or share anyone's session information.
- Do not resell, scrape or redistribute program content.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Member-published programs
Programs published by members are the work of their authors. We review them for safety and tone, but we do not endorse them or verify every credential claim, and the author retains ownership of what they write.
8. Intellectual property
The iSexercise name, the scoring models and the program library are ours. Your data is yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store and sync it on your instruction.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we can.
11. Changes and contact
We will email you before any material change takes effect. Questions to hello@isexercise.com; we answer within one business day.
